HICARE ICE LINED REFRIGERATOR / ICE LINED FREEZER (CHEST MODEL)
Ice lined refrigerators / freezers are best suited for storage or vaccines, blood bags and other biological products in the temperature range of 2°C to 8°C/-15°C to-20°C even during long power blackouts.
It has unique features which enable reliable storage of
products at the desired temperature range over a period of 12 to 18
hours of power failure.
- Triple walled design with inner tank made of stainless steel and the middle of galvanized steel.
- Durable polyester powder coated mild steel exterior
- Non-CFC, high density foamed in place PUF insulation
- Inner and jacket tanks tig/mig welded to ensure leak proof joints.
- Inner jacket lined with heavy gauge copper coils for maximum heat transfer
- Copper coils completely immersed in low freezing point cryo-coolant solution for optimum temperature backup
- Main door fabricated with inner FRP lining.
- Magnetic gaskets of high durability with heavy duty latch and hinges
- Automatic fluid sealed cylinder for smooth opening and holding of door.
- Hot line around the mouth of cabined prevents moisture condensation
- Entire cabinet mounted on smooth moving castor wheels with brakes.
- Micro processor based Weekly chart Temperature Recorder (pen type)
