Cooling System and Ergonomic Design
High
efficient Danfoss compressor for swift cooling performance using
CFC-free refrigerant with fan to cool down the compressor. And it is
protected with special compound against rust formation with steel tubes.
The
container walls are lined with plastic boxes (0.4 liter) filled with
water. When the unit is in operation, this water forms an ice lining
serving as an ice pack in the event of a power cut. Foamed-in skin
condenser saves energy, prevent corrosion and no cleaning necessary.
Foamed-in freezing coils “evaporator” in contact with. Ice-packs (49
qty. for HBC-200 and 25 qty. for HBC-70) of 0.4L to all around the
cabinet,100mm Polyurethane foam and dual inner liner free from ice pack
in between, ensuring that the cabinet temperature hold over more than 20
hours when the power is cut down.
Control panel situated at the
front of the unit. With knob for thermostat adjusting temperature
inside cabinet and temperature digital display can indicate the actual
temperature of cabinet. Also there is a green light can indicate the
power-on condition.
Strict tests have been carried out by
competent quality accreditation organizations for daytime and night
temperature alteration, temperature preservation with power supply
interruption in accordance with WHO acceptance criteria. Safety lock to
prevent accidental access.
